Definition
The Sega Saturn is a console released by Sega in 1994. Software was distributed on CD-ROM media. The hardware was licensed out in Japan by Sega to Hitachi and JVC to create variants of the console. Hitachi created the Hi-Saturn and JVC created the V-Saturn. In Korea Sega licensed the hardware to Samsung who created the Samsung Saturn.
General Notes

- Version should be the format #.### and is extrapolated directly from Row 0020 (Line 3) of the Header.

- The first portion of Line 3 is the Internal Serial and may be placed in the comments with the [T:ISN] tag, such as [T:ISN] T-6802G (above example).
