Software was distributed on single and dual-layer Blu-ray disc media which Microsoft calls internally Xbox Game Disc 4 (XGD4). The XGDs for the Xbox One are the fourth iteration of the technology with enhanced security measures, dropping the Security Sectors used by XGD1-3 in favor of encryption.
General Notes
Most (if not all) Xbox One discs will have a volume label of CD_ROM or DVD_ROM. The volume label should only be added to Comments if it is not CD_ROM or DVD_ROM.
