Definition
PC-based Arcade refers to any generic one-off arcade machine based on IBM PC compatible computers. Software may be distributed on a variety of optical and non-optical media. Redump.info only handles the optical media software, whereas any non-optical media are handled by other projects such as TOSEC and No-Intro.
