Optical Disc Drive Compatibility: Nintendo Gamecube & Wii

Dumping retail GameCube and Wii is generally considered easier to do with a Wii console (see: Dumping Guide with a Wii Console), so you might want to start there.

However if you wish to dump with a PC (using the Nintendo GameCube and Wii Dumping Guide with a PC guide), see below for a compatible drive model.

Samsung SE-506CB Crediar's custom firmware NR, RVT-R. Swap disc not required. Retail disc compatibility untested. Crediar says it can be used to dump NR discs slowly with Friidump and his custom firmware and dumping tool (latter not yet released) can be used for faster NR dumping, and RVT-R dumping.
Sony Optiarc DVD-RW AD-7240S 1.00 "Works with friidump, but not RawDump."[4]
