Optical Disc Drive Compatibility

A list of Optical Disc Drive compatibility for dumping each format of disc:

• CD: CD-ROM, CD-Audio, including CD-based consoles
• DVD-Video / DVD-ROM: Most DVD-supported drive models will work. New discs should be dumped twice to verify matching hashes between the dumps.
• GD-ROM: Sega Dreamcast, Sega NAOMI, Sega NAOMI 2, Sega Chihiro, and Triforce systems
• PlayStation 3 & 4
• PlayStation 5 & UHD-BD Video (aka Ultra HD Blu-ray Video, 4K Ultra HD, 4K Blu-ray)
