Denuvo

General Information

DRM by the Austrian based Denuvo Software Solutions GmbH (later bought by Irdeto). It's found on games from all over the world released between 2014 and today and for Redump purposes comes in two versions; The Crack protection Denuvo Anti-Tamper and The Disc Check/Online Activation based Denuvo Redeem.

Identification

Denuvo Anti-Tamper is most easily detected by BoS. Note though that one often has the scan the install folder and since majority of discs with the DRM uses Steam, Origin or Uplay as well. This is often harder than it sounds.

Denuvo Redeem can be identified through a file called Redeem.exe found loose on disc. It was also used mostly on games by Square Enix during the late 2010s - early 2020s.

Dumping

Dump it like a normal disc. Servers for Denuvo Redeem is still up as of this writing.
