DiscImageCreator Swap Disc Dumping Guide

For dumping CD-Roms with the swap disc method using Disc Image Creator.

Steps

  • Put in a different CD-Rom than the one giving you troubles.
  • Open the command line and cd (change directory) to the Disc Image Creator app.
  • Run "discimagecreator.exe stop <drive letter>"
  • Remove top of disc drive (or pinhole eject) and swap discs.
  • Run command "discimagecreator.exe swap <drive letter> <filename.bin> <speed>"
