When two different serials exist for one game in the same region, the serials are put in the datname to differentiate.
- Border Break (Japan) (DVR-0001)
- Border Break (Japan) (DVR-5001)
- If the disc is a revision, the revision goes after the serial in the datname: (DVR-5001) (Rev B)
- If the game is a two disc set, the second disc will have a different serial (CDV-3XXXX), this disc inherits the serial from Disc 1 for the datname.
