Identification
No DRM relevant files are found loose on disc so using BoS or PID is the easiest option. ProtectCD in addition can be identified by its specific track structure (see below) where track 4 carry 2200 MSF errors.

ProtectCD: Just dump it like a normal disc.
ProtectCD/DVD: Dump it like a normal disc. Protection is DPM based so for a working dump follow the MDF/MDS_Dumping_Guide.
