PSM3 was a UK-based magazine featuring the PlayStation 3 system (and secondarily PSP). The magazine included DVD-Video coverdiscs..
The first issue is #78, continuing from PSM2 (UK) issue #77. According to Wikipedia, the final issue is 2012-12[1], however it is unknown if a coverdisc was included in this issue.
