Maverick Magazines was a publisher formed after the founder left Europress. They produced and ran several gaming focused magazines between 1992 and 1997, some of which included cover discs. They were notorious for purchasing titles then almost immediately running them into the ground resulting in plenty of short runs where they have the tail end of the print[1].
