"Kiosk" CAT-R discs that update a CAT-I Kiosk console by adding/removing Demos/Videos/etc should be Applications category (including firmware updates).

Demos category ([1]) is limited to single-game demos (generally pressed discs).

Ringcode

616C0902<tab>WUP-P-AXFP-0X JPN S0 -- The bold character indicates Revision number. Add revision to datname and version field (Rev X)
