Description: "Apple Macintosh" is the generic name used by Redump for any CD/DVD based software that runs on an Apple device. As of this moment this includes early PowerPC Mac era software and recent Intel Mac era software.

Follow IBM PC Guide for general dumping.

PC/Mac Hybrids go into IBM PC. This includes discs that carry both ISO and HFS file systems. Aswell as ISO/UDF discs with both Mac and PC files.

Some PC/Mac Hybrids will carry an empty ISO partition. If you suspect this might be the case, confirm it with dumper and add them as Mac discs with a comment.

Feral Interactive titles likely to have protection, scan with PiD, BOS does not work.

Late DVDs likely to have SafeDisc, scan with PiD, BOS does not work.

Possible to have SecuROM, see 88165.
